You’ve Come Too Far to Quit

There is a popular belief in Academic Excellence Initiative that we don’t joke with as a team working tirelessly to ensure academic excellence of every student irrespective of age, religion, color, etc. In AEI, we believe that every student has the potential to succeed academically and become nation’s pride even with little resources.

Our belief is that for a child to have gone through primary stages to secondary stages is indeed a success that must be celebrated even though the journey does not end there. We believe that at this stage, your slogan should be: ‘You have come too far to quit’, a headline which I coined from the book of MJ Wilson titled: “You Can't Quit Now. You've Come Too Far: Encouraging stories for entrepreneurs and visionaries”.

Sometimes in our life we tend to doubt the future due to fear, and often feel the urge to quit and stop trying. If you have ever feel the need to quit, you need to tell yourself that not at this stage. If you didn't quit at the primary level, and you graduated from secondary school then you have come too far to quit. If your first attempt didn't give you expected result, it is not a basis to quit. Just keep trying.

Many people who made the list of highly successful people in the world today did not enter university at their first attempt but because they never stopped trying, they made it. You just need to constantly remind yourselves that : "I have come too far to quit".

Setbacks indeed are disheartening. It becomes a greater burden when  route to the goal becomes blocked and we tend to give up. Think about your life, those hurdles you survived. Problems you faced and resources you have expanded to reach this stage. Think of what will happened to them if you quit at this stage, then you will realize that you have come too far to quit.
